Good To Go England

Graham and Gina look forward to welcoming you back to Harvington House, Keswick and to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Currently offering clean, comfortable and homely bed & breakfast accommodation in a quiet location, Harvington House was built in 1881 from local Lakeland slate. Situated just 5 minutes walk from the market square of Keswick and 10 minutes walk from the shores of Lake Derwentwater, where you can take in the stunning views of Skiddaw, Blencathra and the Borrowdale Valley, the position is great.

For some years Harvington House has received the prestigious Four Star award for its bed & breakfast accommodation from Visit England which is a reliable indication of the quality of service guests will receive. Not just reliant on the prestige of awards such as Visit England, Harvington House is also very proud of the regular customer feedback via Trip Advisor and their current ‘excellent’ rating.

Harvington House has been run for the last 20 years by Graham & Gina and they are always on hand to give advice on the local area. Feel free to share their enthusiasm for the Lake District. Graham worked as a tour leader and driver for the National Trust and they are both keen walkers and cyclists, so they have good local knowledge.

Keswick makes an ideal base for fell walking, driving (with Grasmere, Ambleside and Windermere all easily accessible), mountain biking or just relaxing.
